Mathieu Bolteau

Ph.D. in Computational Biology

I recently completed my Ph.D. in Computational Biology at Nantes University, where I focused on modeling human preimplantation development. I’m now exploring new opportunities and would love to hear about any exciting projects or collaborations, particularly in human health. Feel free to get in touch!

My research interests lie in various areas of biology and computer science, especially systems biology. I have a strong interest in research and the development of computational methods to address biological issues and better understand complex human biological systems. I would like to put my modeling skills to good use by continuing to develop new computational methods and analyze other biological systems.

During my personal time, I work on data science personal projects, where I use machine and deep learning techniques. Please refer to Personal Projects to further details.
